I don't know the problem :-( ... I'm also FF-user without any problem.
2 hints:
1. Extras -> Addons -Plugins
There is a listing of installed Pligins (Flatcast Prducer Plugin 5.3.X.X)
2. Extras -> Settings -> Advanced - Network
Switch off automatic Cachemanagement ... limit for Cache 0 MB!

Hi Flatcast team,
I was broadcasting this morning and everything was working fine, but when I logged back in this afternoon nothing worked....
It keeps telling me the following "a plug in is needed to view all the media on this page". So I re-install the flatcast producer plug in. After that I restart my browser (firefox) and nothing changed...
What is the problem?
Please help me, because now I can't broadcast.

Thanks for your quick reply !
- my soundfiles are 100% quality, I know that for sure
(I also use them for my drive in show)
- when I check the stream everything seems normal. The 'received' and 'send'
KB's are running
- I've installed 'K-Lite Codec Pack'
It has improved a bit but, there is still a lot of noise on the stream. Especially the tracks who have a lot of lower sounds and base in it.
Do you have any more options for me to try ?

Hi radio flashdance,
- first of all check the soundfiles the (sound-)files.
- next step ... check the stream by usage the DJ-Mixer
- if the stream is very noisy download the 'K-Lite Codec Pack'

Hi Flatcast team!
I've started using Flatcast to broadcast my music, and it's all working fine!
There's only one thing I'm still trying to figure out.... how do I get the quality of the music that I'm streaming to be perfect?
I've set the quality in the preset to the maximum, but still there are a lot of
mp3's that sound terrible...
I hope you can help me with this issue !

Flatcast uses P2P-technology. Currently there is no node, which could deliver you the stream data. If only a small number of viewers join the stream, the reason for the problem might be at the others. If you got the problem more often, the most common reasons are:
You have installed a "Personal Firewall" like ZoneAlarm, XP Firewall etc. Open within this firewall port 40123 for UDP

Hi Piraten combinatie,
pls 'Modify user record', request the activation-mail, enter your mail address ... and follow the instructions. You will receive the Activationmail. If your Account is activated ...you will find "Create new stream".
